FLUIDform Mums and Bubs Pilates program is perfect for new mums with babies up to the age of one to enjoy an hour of ‘me time’. Their tailored classes are designed to support the recovery and needs of both mums and bubs. While mums are working on regaining their strength and realigning their body, baby can enjoy tummy time or a nap on a blanket by Mum’s side. They ask that mums have the all-clear from doctor/midwife before booking in. Classes are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 10.30am.
