The Kids Yoga class at YogaBodyWorks will help your kids learn to move, speak and breathe mindfully through everyday situations. These are wonderful skills for kids to learn from an early age. During the weekday classes you can either stay and watch or go off and enjoy a coffee while your child takes the class. On Saturday you can bring the whole family and have the kids do yoga while Mum and Dad do the 4pm Adults class.
